Aoyama Cafe only uses the highest quality coffee beans from UCC building communities around the world for coffee connoisseurs such as yourself to gather and share your passion. Next, the UCC Coffee beans are freshly ground. We pride ourselves in using the freshest ground coffee beans possible to ensure that the full-bodied flavor of each bean is retained for the best possible taste. Then, our coffee is prepared from the delicate “Siphon” process that is literally made and served "one cup at a time" - and it isn't made until you order it, so you know it hasn't been turning sour in some communal container. The siphon process is an integral part of the Aoyama Cafe coffee making process. This process allows for making coffee under the perfect conditions - ideal water temperature and exact duration of coffee saturation. It is an art requiring skilled hands, trained eyes, and time and care to master. But once mastered, the result is unmatched: a perfect cup of fresh coffee suited for any coffee enthusiast. It's quite a sight to see, one that you really have to see in person to "get it" and appreciate it and takes no longer than the time it takes to make a good cup of espresso. It is made with freshly baked Japanese bread, which is extremely soft, yet chewy, and retains its texture despite the pizza toppings that go on it. The same bread is found in the French Toast.
