Cold Smoked Salmon

King and Sockeye salmon are cold smoked with Salmon Village's special blend of wood chips and vacuum-packed for air travel. No additives or preservatives, only salt and brown sugar. Goes well with cream cheese and bagels. Also good for sushi.
