Cancellation policy: 30% of the wedding package price will be charged,if cancelled after confirmation until 4 days before the wedding.100% of the wedding package price will be charged, if the cancelled within 3 days or on the wedding date.

GST &PST will be charged where applicable.

Payment: Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the wedding.The payment is accepted by traveller's cheque, personal cheque, cash, master card, visa, jcb or amex.

Unforeseen or unexpected circumstances may require a wedding date,location, and/or time to be changed at a very short notice.

Only watabe selected vendors may service weddings confirmed by Watabe.(Other photographer/videographer are not allowed.)
