ABOUT US

Original Kyusyu Tonkotsu Ramen! Our soup boiled for over one day with pork bone and vegetables for the rich taste. We also take our time to take out all residues in the soup to create a good smell. You can only taste this soup in Vancouver. Thin noodle is recommended with Nagahama Ramen. Menya's original noodle is a careful combination of brine water and flour. YOu can choose your favorite noodle, thin noodle, medium thin, thick noodle.
